Moonchilds Tribe is a group of women with the same hearts and minds.
A strong and grounded tribe of all different ages and life experiences coming together to support one another.
Run by Moonchild herself, she guides women on a journey of self discovery and connection here in beautiful Cornwall through classes, walks and different events within many different communities as the tribe echos the love and unity throughout the rest of the world.
Her moto is 'Its time to thrive, not just survive'. Her aim is to reach as many women as possible to help them do just that.
In a world where mental health services are struggling, it is her belief that as communities we should be able to be there for one another.
Such strength in everyone of us, as we delve into this spiritual journey of the feminine energies.
We learn so much from each other but also the strength of truth and unity within a female tribe is profound.

As a qualified hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner, qualifed in energy psychology, A transformational coach, holistic therapist, healer, and musician with a passion for quantum physics, I bring the knowledge I teach to my clients in our personalised 1-1 Mind, Body and Spirit sessions to our monthly Moonchilds Tribe support group where we can really begin on our healing journey, exploring various spiritual and psychological practices that foster manifestation, healing, connectedness and personal growth. These sessions are like no other and wrapped in the comfort and support of some really incredible women. Our gatherings are structured into two parts: we begin with a nurturing sharing circle to connect with the feminine energy in all of us, to be heard, to connect and to not feel alone as well as the incredible support from the other women in our tribe. Please note, You dop not have to share anything if you choose not to. This is a place where we support one another and so will be guided only by yourself. This is then followed by transformative practices designed to cultivate a powerful, more balanced and of course, happier individual and community. Join us every four weeks for a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. You are not alone—it's time to find your tribe! Also at Moonchild and The Pirate, my husband Dominic runs our mens support group, The Pirateers also on a Wedesday evening every four weeks. We are big advocates for supporting those in sobriety and run Sexy Sober Socials as well as our facebook support group. And we also run 1-1 therapies here at the farm in Redruth as well as online. Are you finding life a bit of a struggle and would like to find a little guidance, support and nurture within a womans group?
Come and meet like minded women, connect and share in a safe and non judgmental space where you will be seen and heard.
Facilitated by myself, Ruth, Owner of Moonchild and The Pirate and the therapy space, The Cave.
I am an holistic therapist of 15 years, Massage therapist , NLP and Hypnotherapist as well as a musician and sound healer.
Holding space for women to come and share, be heard and not feel alone is imperative for our mental health.
Building a tribe of beautiful women who support one another is a must and unfortunately lacking in our communities.
Our circles are a mixture of mental and spiritual development to help soothe the mind, body and soul.
Each circle is run intuitively weaved in with some personal development, meditation, Intentions, Sometimes crafts, NLP, Hypnotherapy and of course we also hold a sharing circle.
I am running our daytime circles and evening circles here at this beautiful venue.

Who is Ruth Moonchild?
Mum of two,entrepreneaur, singer/songwriter, musician, beauty and holistic therapist, Hypnotherapist, NLP and energy therapist. Ruth coined the name Moonchild due to her spiritual practices and the feeling that there was always someone with her even in the darkness helping her. She saw it like the moon lighting her way and even during her homeless, teenage years, she always felt like there was a presence with her doing just that. Ruth shares her stories of fighting to find herself among lifes ups and downs. Ruth embraces and promotes a life of thriving in a world of creativity and therapies helping others heading 'The Moonchilds Tribe.' Being completely and utterly unapoligetically herself and celebrating our own uniquenesses. Ruths ethos is about switching our lives to thriving from surviving and this is a lifestyle Ruth now practises to the full. ThIS girl that had been homeless many times over, going days without food to struggling with alcohol, low self esteem and many different forms of abuse she took charge of her world, has turned her life around after stepping into her fear and working on her programs. Chuck in a little sparkle of magic, her world has transformed and is getting even better as she tunes into new ways of thinking and being. And this is what she is wanting to share to help others find exactly that. Celebrating a life of sobriety after a life time of struggling with alcohol, Ruth promotes 'Sexy Sober' brand and all that comes with it. She found that her mental health struggled more when alcohol was involved and so talks openly about her struggles with it and how she over came it, promoting a life without it and supporting others through their journey in sobriety.
